Phylogenetic relationships and gene structure of PHD finger genes in Brassica rapa. The tree was generated by using Neighbor-Joining method with 1000 bootstrap replicates. The tree shows six major phylogenetic groups (group A to F) indicated with six differently colored backgrounds. Green color boxes represent exons and grey color lines indicate introns, and the untranslated regions (UTRs) are represented by blue color boxes.
