Individual and average reliabilities of predicted genomic EBVs in Belgian Blue Beef cattle using different methods and SNP weighting strategies. The reliabilities are reported for 4 individual traits (top muscling, skin thickness, height and muscular development) and for the average of 14 traits related to muscular development and conformation. The genomic prediction methods are standardized GBLUP, iterative weighted GBLUP (IW-GBLUP), Adaptive MultiBLUP (AM-BLUP), Bootstrap Adaptive MultiBLUP (BAM-BLUP), BayesR Posterior Variance GBLUP (BRPV-GBLUP), Window Posterior Inclusion Probability GBLUP (WPIP-GBLUP), BayesR and Bayesian Sparse Linear Mixed Model (BSLMM)
