For each isoform, bar lengths correspond to the relative expression levels in each biomass group. Color intensity represents the logarithm of the counts per million (cpm) of the corresponding transcript. For each gene identifier we also show the log2 of the average counts per million. Differentially expressed transcripts are indicated by black edges
