A relative abundance of one corresponds to the average amount of RNA or protein over all time points. Mean values and standard deviation of three biological replicates are shown for each time point. For the operon acbWXY only protein abundancies of AcbW are shown. For the operon acbVUSRPIJQKMLNOC the maximum and minimum values are shown by grey area
