While cluster 5 is enriched with CAZymes such as GH1, GH64, and Beta-glucosidase (BglB), several genes that are involved in metal resistance including CutC family (Copper transport), ABC-type dipeptide/oligopeptide/nickel transport system genes (DppB, DppC), and HoxN (high-affinity nickel permease) were observed in cluster 13
