Pi1 or Pi2 in a is a subset of \(P_{i1}^{\prime }\) or \(P_{i2}^{\prime }\) in b, cause only part of related genes will be found when conduct a gene list (such as DEGs- i1) into KEGG pathway enrichment, whereas \(P_{i1}^{\prime }\) or \(P_{i2}^{\prime }\) has more genes itself
