The group of breed was visualized by color above each column. The arrangement of breeds in row and column followed the order by clustering tree. The agglomeration method of clustering was weighted pair group method with arithmetic mean (WPGMA). Breeds were classified to 4 groups by their originated region and taxonomy as follows; AFH, African Humped cattle; AFT, African humpless taurine; ASI, Asian indicus; EAT, Eurasian taurine
