Counts predicted within translated products for differentially-expressed transcripts for Bt susceptible D. v. virgifera Ped12 larval exposures to transgenic maize roots that express Gpp34/Tpp35Ab1 (T5; Herculex® (Hx) hybrid) and Cry3Bb1 (T8; VT TriplePro® (VT3) hybrid) compared to control (T7). The intersection of differentially-expressed transcripts in both Cry3Bb1 and Gpp34/Tpp35Ab1 treatments also indicated. All counts representative of transcripts after in silico subtraction of those also differentially-expressed in exposures to the entomopathogens Heterorhabditis bacteriophora (Hb) and Metarhizium anisopliae (Ma). Values provided for instances when ≥4 transcripts received an annotation within at least one of the treatments. InterPro identification (InterPro_ID) are also given
