Asparaginase activity of Trichoderma simmonsii GH-Sj1. GH-Sj1 inoculated on solid media containing 1% (w/v) asparagine, Asn (+), and no asparagine, Asn (−), as a control. Following incubation at 28 °C for 3 days, the colony color change (pH change due to asparaginase activity) was observed.
