Analyses of DEGs related to A digestion, B detoxification, C chemosensor, D antibacterial and immunity, when the adult feeding on I. aegyptiaca compared with the no feeding set. DEGs were identified using volcano plots. Horizontal coordinate: log2(fold change), vertical coordinate: -log10(Q-value). The studied genes were coloured, and those DEGs were marked as solid circle. Information of Pfam accession of genes can be found in Additional file 1: Table S2
