The x-axis shows the fold change in gene expression between different samples, and the y-axis shows the statistical significance of the differences. Among 6998 DEGs, 4175 DEGs were up-regulated and 2823 DEGs were down-regulated. Significantly up and down regulated genes are highlighted in red and green, respectively. Genes did not express differently between treatment group and control group are in blue.
