Expression profiles of selected EgWRKY under different phytohormones treatments for 24 hours. Leaf incubated on MS media supplement with 100 μM ABA (A), 100 μM MeJA (B), 100 μM SA (C) and 10 mM H2O2 (D) were sampled at different time points (0h, 0.5h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 12h, 24h). Three housekeeping genes (EgGRAS, EgCyp2 and EgSLU7) were used as internal reference genes. Each value is the mean ± SE of 3 independent biological replicates.
