High AAT zone stands for AAT zone with high active accumulated temperature such as AAT 5, while low AAT zone are AAT zone with low active accumulated temperature such as AAT 1. The haplotypes for each gene associated with early flowering time and late flowering time were displayed by light and dark blue colors, respectively
