In the third chart, 327 miRNAs are specific to one tissue, and 107 miRNAs are shared by two of the six lists. A miRNA is defined as expressed in a tissue if its reads count in this tissue is greater than 3. B MiRNA expression levels with different tissue shown as normalized read counts.
