Phylogenetic analysis of Streptomyces species based on concatenated sequences of 231 single-copy core genes of isolates Streptomyces sp. JH002, Streptomyces sp. JH010, Streptomyces sp. JH14, Streptomyces sp. JH34, and 13 known pathogenic Streptomyces species. Pathogenic organisms are highlighted in the colors blue, purple, and green. Also, the type strains S. pratensis ATCC 33,331 and S. xiamenensis 318 were included in this analysis. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the ML method. Nocardiopsis dassonvillei NCTC 10,488 was chosen as the outgroup. Data were resampled 1000 times for bootstrapping
