Analysis of the interaction between Aux/IAA and ARF proteins using a yeast two-hybrid assay. DoARF2, 17 and 23 were cloned into the pGADT7 vector; DoIAA1, 6, 10 and 13 were cloned into the pGBKT7 vector.
