Nucleotide sugar forms in the sugar biosynthetic pathway. We screened for antigens and strains that have been found to have this pathway. The strain loop represents the frequency of this nucleotide sugar form at the strain differentiation level. O antigen loop represents the frequency of this nucleotide-sugar form at the O antigen differentiated level. Saccharide pie represents the frequency of this nucleotide-sugar form at the product differentiation level.
