HMBOX1 downregulated glutamine level in RAW264.7 cells by inhibiting Slc-mediated intracellular transportation. RAW264.7 cells were transfected with HMBOX1 lentiviral or the controls and stimulated with 10 ng/mL LPS for 6 h.
