(a) Maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree, and (b) corresponding pangenome profile based on whole genome sequences of L. crispatus. The phylogeny revealed that for L. cripatus, the sequences from eleven countries assembled both cohesively (country-wise) and also as distinct clade. In many cases sequences from two different countries clustered together. The pangenome corresponding to the phylogenetic arrangement of the sequences showed no cases of clade-associated gene cluster gain/loss. The sequences with a colour code represents the sequences from a particular country
