Brevibacterium BGC networking. The distance network was constructed based on the BGCs of 98 Brevibacterium genomes, leading to a total of 543 BGCs. Each node represents a single BGC, connected when sharing a BiG- SCAPE raw distance cut-off of ≤ 0.6. Brevibacterium sp. H-BE7 BGCs are displayed, numbered according to their BGC class, and shown apart from the main group of nodes, but maintaining their connections.
