Within-sample allele frequencies at heterozygous sites in genome sequenced cell lines, broken down by chromosome. The density plots show the within-sample allele frequency for the alternative allele, calculated from allelic read counts, for single nucleotide variants that are called heterozygous. In the PK15 samples, sites are included that are heterozygous in at least one of the two samples of the cell line
