Total RNA expression of CALD1 were assessed in OC clinical specimens from datasets GSE131978 (A), GSE49997 (B) and GSE30587 (C). The corresponding AUC was 0.816, 0.741 and 0.811 respectively (DEF),which illustrated that CALD1 had diagnostic significance to distinguish platinum "resistant" and platinum "sensitive" patients, worse PFS patients, primary and omental metastases ovarian tumor. All data analyses were statistically significant. (* indicates P < 0.05, *** indicates P < 0.001)
