The CALD1 protein expression level of various kinds of cancers analyzed by CCLE. The expression of CALD1 in ovarian cancer was higher than that of many cancer types like lung cancer, breast cancer, head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, colon/colorectal cancer, myeloma, leukemia, lymphoma. The results were statistically significant. The red box with the red arrow represented ovarian tumor.(* indicates P < 0.05, ** indicates P < 0.01, *** indicates P < 0.001)
