The horizontal line indicate p value = 0.05. The genes that display statistically significant differential expression (p value < 0.05) and high magnitude fold change (Log2FC cutoff = 0.5) are represented as light- and dark-blue dots above the horizontal line (dark-blue dots display Log2 fold-change greater than 2). Red dots below the horizontal line indicate p value > 0.05 and small magnitude fold change.
