Expression levels for the psbA genes in Cyanothece 7822. Solid bars represent RNA-Seq and protein data and empty bars represent microarray data. Due to their near identical sequences, D1 proteins psbA1 (Cyan7822_0979), psbA2 (Cyan7822_1825) and psbA3 (Cyan7822_2968) were quantitatively indistinguishable at the protein level. Microarray data points consisted of fold changes at D0vsL4 (instead of L3), D4vsD0 (instead of D3vsD0), L0vsD4, and L4vsL0.
