Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of GhHsfs in Xu-142 and its fiberless mutant, XU142fl. Quantitative RT-PCR was performed to analyze the expression of GhHsfs in Xu-142 (Gossypium hirsutum) WT ovules and XU142fl (fuzless-lintless mutant of Xu-142) ovules. -3DPA, -1DPA, 0DPA and +3DPA represent the ovules at different days post anthesis. Results were normalized using ubiquitin gene expression as the internal control(error bars indicate standard deviation).
