(C) Upregulated genes in BB1305 with statistically overrepresented categories included metabolism of amino acids (e), metabolism of carbohydrates (f), pathogenic factors (g), and phage-related functions (h). 1) Cell envelope other comprises cell division, germination, sporulation, and transformation/competence; 2) DNA-related functions comprise DNA modification, repair, recombination, replication, packaging, and segregation; 3) Miscellaneous comprises also detoxification, transposon and IS.
