Microarray analysis of DON treated cells reveals both induced and repressed mitochondrial related genes and induced amino acid biosynthesis genes. Genes with the largest increase of transcript level (differences) are connected to cytoplasmic translation and ribosome synthesis whereas glycolysis and amino acid biosynthesis genes are repressed.
