Network shows numerous connections between heat shock proteins (HSP, Hdac, Hsp70, Hsp90, HSPA2, DNAJC12) and immune related genes (MHC Class I, HLA-A, IFN, Proinflammatory Cytokine, IFN Beta, TLR, IL12, IFN type 1, and IL22RA1). Dotted lines are indirect interactions and solid lines are direct interactions. Genes in red were up-regulated and in green were down-regulated. The grey genes were not DEGs and white genes were not expressed but predicted by IPA to be involved in the network
