MrBayes software suite was used in phylogenetic tree calculation using simulation statistical options described in materials and methods. The gene and species annotation adopted in this study uses the four letters code described in Table 1. The ORF teph_1_h00580, was chosen as outgroup due to the strong dissimilarity of its amino acid sequence when compared with those of the remaining members of this gene family
