Strongfield (SF), Blackbird (BB), a transgressive resistant (R) and a transgressive susceptible (S) doubled haploid line from the SF/BB population. Samples were mock-inoculated with water or inoculated with a Fusarium graminearum conidial suspension (+Fg). Error bars indicate standard deviations of the mean of three biological replicates
