Representative Coomassie Brilliant Blue (CBB)-stained two-dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) gel. Proteins were extracted from the alkaligrass calli under NaCl treatments for 28 days. They were separated on 24 cm IPG strips (pH 4–7 liner gradient) using isoelectric focusing (IEF) in the first dimension, followed by 12.5% SDS-PAGE gels in the second dimension.
