Expression profiles of CsARGs in different tea plant tissues. The transcription abundances of CsARGs in different tissues were monitored by using qRT-PCR, and the results were calculated by using 2–ΔCt method. CsPTB was chose as actin gene. The heat map was generated by using Cluster 3.0 software. The colorbar was displayed on the lower-left of the heat map, red and green colors represent higher and lower expression levels respectively
