Data were extracted from the RNA-Seq read counts and normalized with TBP (TATA-Box Binding Protein) expression. Statistical analysis was performed by ordinary one-way ANOVA applying Tukey’s multiple comparisons test, and no results were significant (n = 6 for C, and n = 5 for each of S and NS)
